Since the beginning in 2004 ISIS Technologies has experienced a strong and stable growth. Our partnership with i-SYS, founded in 1998, allows us to easily handle small and large projects in a timely and budget-conscious manner. In order to expand on the existing productive environment, a technology park including small and medium businesses has been established on the company’s premises, in which all participating companies benefit from the technology transfer and a variety of cooperation possibilities.
Knowhow

Especially in the micro range, utilizing very small sized tools down to 30 µm we are able to demonstrate our competence and keen sense for accuracy. Our services certainly includes the shaping of exotic materials like Titan, Invar, Nemonic, Peek or Pom, at speeds up to 50.000 rpm/min.

Not only in the field of microsystem technology, but also in all types of fabrication of pre-production parts, whether it be unique pieces or batch productions, we can refer to excellent results. Also if whole car body parts must be cut from solid metal pieces, or if sheet-metal cases for airbags must be manufactured, this is the right place to get the job done.
Services
- 5 axis cnc processing on Fehlmann-, Kern- and Hermle milling-machines.
- Wire-cut EDM with Agie Excellence 2F with wire diameters starting from 0,03 mm.
- Fabrication of prototypes, samples and pre-production parts with sizes down to 2000 x 600 mm.
- Production by micro chip removal manufactured parts, using a diamond finger cutter with a diameter down to 0,2 mm.
- Manufacturing micro structured mould made from brass steel and other materials.
- Design and production of small tools and moulds.
- HSC processing with down to 50.000 min-1.
